Your interview is most eloquent, especially when you talk about how when your universe is so changed that everyone accepts gunshots in the neighborhood as normal, then we've truly reached a low. Your point about the national guard goes to the heart of the matter: progress will be hard until people can feel, and are, secure in their homes, neighborhoods and schools.

I watch your program on CLTV and have found you to be a most intelligent and insightful person; more importantly, extremely fair minded. I am a highly educated, middle aged, middle class white guy...When I read of your forgiveness to these men today, I was compelled to comment. I signed up specifically to reach out to you. Your father always bragged on all of you three boys...that says it all...Good families make good people..my deepest sympathy for you and your family at this time...

I pray that God continues to grant your family abundant grace and peace to strengthen and comfort you throughout this transition of life.
