Beyond Repair is two guys who take beat up furniture and show you how to fix it on TV.  They talk plainly and give tips you can actually use about refinishing materials and techniques. On the show, they cover tables, chairs, armoires et al.

No need for remorse over the Charlie Brown of dressers you bought last weekend.  Just follow Beyond Repair's lead.  The show currently airs Thursday's at 8 am on HGTV, which is channel 60 on my Comcast dial.
