If there is one tradition that consistently holds true for me on Superbowl Sunday, it's eating delicious food. The fabulous Amy Guth gives a crash course in making what appears to be a simple, yet mouth watering jambalaya. It seems like it would be the perfect compliment to the Superbowl, Puppybowl and whatever other bowl you are planning on watching tonight.

As for myself, I'm trying my hand at the Robert Rodriguez 10-min cooking school for Puerco Pibil (or Cochinita Pibil). I'll let you know how it goes.
