More Jewel Catalina Transactions and a New Moneymaker Idea

I think I'm done shopping the Jewel-Osco Catalina deal, which ends today. But today I did notice a tempting new item to buy: Pillsbury sweet rolls priced at $4.45 pre-card, $2.50 card price. These are the fancier sweet rolls, some co-branded Cinnabon, and look like so:

Transaction ideas and my transactions today beyond the break.
There are coupons for $1/2 sweet rolls in the Dominick's "Save $70" booklet

6 rolls @ $4.45/$2.50
price before coupons: $15
minus three $1/2 coupons: $12
after $10 Cat, you pay $2 for six rolls or 34 cents for a can of premium sweet rolls

Or, add in some cookie dough:

4 rolls @ $4.45/$2.50 ---> $17.80/$10
2 packages cookie dough @ $3.75/$2.50 ---> $7.50/$5
--------------------------------
price before coupons $25.30 pre-card/$15
minus $3 in coupons (two $1/2 rolls and one $1/2 cookie dough blinkies)
Pay $12, get $10 back

Today, I drove over to River Forest because my Jewel does not carry the Simply Gogurts and I wanted to stock up on those for some lunchbox treats and class snacks. I did three transactions with the two little ones in tow:

TRANSACTION ONE
6 Simply Gogurt @ $3.50/$2.50 ---> $21/$15
1 Pillsbury brownie mix @ $2.40/$1
--------------------------------------------------
my price before coupons: $16
coupons used: three $1/2 Gogurt
I paid: $13 and got the $10 in Catalina coupons back
final cost: $3 or 43 cents per item

TRANSACTION TWO

4 Gogurt $3.50/$2.50 --> $14/$10
2 brownie mix $2.40/$1 --> $4.80/$2
4 Green Giant frozen spinach $2/1 --> $8/$4
--------------------------------------------------
total before coupons: $26.80/$16
minus $4 in coupons (two $1/2 Gogurt and two $1/2 veggies)
paid $12, got $10 Cat back
total cost of $2 -- 20 cents per item

TRANSACTION THREE

4 Pillsbury cinnamon rolls @$4.45/$2.50
2 Gogurt @ $3.50/$2.50
1 brownie mix $2.40/$1
-----------------------------------------------------------
total before coupons: $27.20/$16
minus $3 coupons (two $1/2 Pillsbury blinkies, one $1/2 Gogurt)
paid $13, got $10 in Cats back
total cost of $3: 43 cents per item

So, all told I spent $8 today. Later tonight I'll gather up all my Catalina haul and figure out how I did overall. (Hint: I got a ton of food for really cheap and restocked my pantry and deep freezer.)
