Print this coupon for $.75/1 dozen Davidson's Safest Choice pasteurized eggs. They're certainly striking while the iron is hot with this massive egg recall.

I do like the idea of buying pasteurized eggs for baking with kids -- no worries about licking the spoon -- or making sunny-side ups. But for regular dishes, I've been reassuring myself that I'm not buying eggs from that nasty Iowa farm by buying them at the farmer's market, where the farmer is there to vouch for them, or buying a brand that has posted clear signage about where its eggs come from and that none have been recalled.
