OK, I only got there by using $25 in Catalina coupons, which to me are more like cash than coupons, but still, today I saw something on my Dominick's receipt that I have always wanted to see:
Total Savings Value: 99%.

It was a good trip, no doubt. Here is what I got free after coupons:
3 bags Fresh Express spinach and one bag salad (LOVE free produce!)
5 bottles Marie's Dressing (DELICIOUS. The Sesame Ginger tastes kind of like Trader Joe's Goddess Dressing and the ingredients all look natural. No corn syrup.)
5 boxes Quaker Oatmeal Squares (Actually I got $1 overage by using three $1/1 coupons and a $5/3 from an old grocery ad. Is that allowed?)
4 boxes Kellogg's Corn Flakes
5 boxes Fruit Gushers (this was free after the $3.50 Catalina I received)
Throw in a few produce items, some milk and some on-sale junk food, and I had a nearly-overflowing cart with $135 with of food. After handing over my $25 in Catalinas ($5 Walgreens Register Reward, two $5 Jewel Cats and the $10 Dominick's Cat I got for the freezer deal), I paid just $1.39 on my debit card. The tax was $1.38.
As it happened, a neighbor came by to babysit the girls this afternoon so Epu and I could shop for bathroom fixtures. She brought along the children of some friends who she has been helping out, and we help too when we can -- so I was quite happy to be able to tell our little visitors to pick out cereal and fruit snacks to take home with them.

Great job Carrie! I loved using my YourBucks and watching the total drop and drop. Too bad not so many great YB deals right now.
