Starbucks is giving out free samples of Kind granola bars today, Feb. 5. The announcement does not specifically say that this is a full-sized bar, but that seems to be the general assumption out there. If you stopped by Starbucks already and got the freebie, could you comment to let us know?

Stopped by, in the rain, bought a latte. Stared at like I had dog poo on my shoe when I asked about the free Kind bars. No Kind bars, said they gave a few pieces this morning. Pretty misleading.

Oh, I'm so sorry it turned out that way. I really haven't heard of anyone getting a free bar so I guess their promotion was a bit overblown. Lame!
