Another slow week at Dominick's. The only thing that might tempt me would be buy one, get one Ritz crackers -- with coupons and the Jingle rebate you could get 10 boxes for 15 cents each. And the possible 99-cent Caribou Coffee.
THURSDAY-SATURDAY ONLY
Tostitos $1.69
gala apples 77 cents/lb.
ALL WEEK
Progresso Vegetable Classics $1 (use $1.10/3 printable or $1/4 from the 10/25 SmartSource)
Lucerne butter 1 lb. $1.99, limit 1
10 lbs. russet potatoes $1.99
Rancher's Reserve boneless beef round steak $1.49/lb.
Jennie-O turkey 69 cents/lb.
whole pork shoulder blade 79 cents/lb.
Betty Crocker cake mix 89 cents
Caribou Coffee $4.99 (there are $2/1 coupons on Coupons.com and in the 11/1 RedPlum, see Mashup Mom's suggestion of how to possibly get a bag for 99 cents)
Buy one, get one free: (Use two coupons for the two items!) Brownberry or Arnold bread, Hormel marinated pork tenderloin or fully cooked entries ($1/1 meal from 11/1 SmartSource), Nabisco Chips Ahoy or Ritz @ $4.29 (use $1/1 from 11/8 SmartSource, buy 10 and submit for rebate)
I don't see anything worth buying in this week's Super Coupons.
There is a whole insert of sales on alcohol for the holidays, but I don't think buying booze or wine on sale at a grocery store is really a better deal than buying at a liquor superstore or something. Opinions on this?

Thought you could post this - I just got back from Ultra in Forest Park. They have an aisle of all clearance items. The best deal I spotted was a ton of Ronzoni Smart Taste elbows for 89cents a box. Couple that with the printable $1/2 out there, and it's a sweet deal. There was also a full cart of clearanced PullUps and Huggies Little Swimmers. They had a lot of other random things on clearance too but I didn't have time to peer through it all (cranky toddler needed lunch!).

Oh! And one other deal! (sorry for hijacking your comments, didn't know how else to get ahold of you). Kmart in Forest Park had an endcap full of full size Similac Powder on clearance for $12.97. With those $5 coupon checks out there, it's a steal.
