Included in this deal are Pillsbury Grands, Crescents or Cinnamon Rolls. These things have their own Catalina deal going on -- I think you get a $4 Catalina coupon if you buy six or more. I came up with one moneymaking scenario right away by combining these and I'm sure you all have many more ideas.
New General Mills/Pillsbury Catalina Deal at Jewel-Osco With Overlap: Moneymaker or Free Groceries Alert
I have some $1/1 printables for the Crescent rolls, which I'm pretty sure are no longer available. But you can print $.30/2 any variety Pillsbury rolls, $.40/2 Sweet Rolls or Grands Sweet Rolls on Coupons.com. There are a TON of coupons good for this deal on there, in fact, like $.40/1 Nature Valley Granola bars, $1.10/3 Progresso soups, $1/2 or $.75/1 cereals, and $1/1 Yoplait. You should also find lots of useful coupons for this in the special General Mills coupon insert that came with the 9/13 Sunday paper.
Cascadian Farm cereal is also included (I love that granola); there is a $1/1 printable here and you can get $5 in coupons by signing up for their email list. (Thanks Mashup Mom!)
Mashup Mom has more details on this deal. In fact, she says it is already going on although some of these sale prices don't start until tomorrow.
When you are planning your $25 purchase, remember that these are usually calculated based on the pre-card price, which will save you even more money. If this seems confusing, read my detailed explaination on Wise Bread.
Unfortunately I don't know exactly what the pre-card price is for the Pillsbury Crescent rolls and Grands. I'm going to guess $2.50, and the card price is $1.67. So here's my plan:
4 Crescent rolls, pre-card $10, card price $6.67 (- four $1/1 printables)
2 Grands, pre-card $5, card price $3.34 (- one $.50/2 printable)
2 Yo-Plus yogurt packs pre-card $9.90, card price $5 (- two $1/1 printables)
+ 1 filler item if necessary
--------------------------------------
pre-card total = about $25, card total = about $15, post-coupon price = $8.50, get $10 Catalina AND $4 Catalina back
That's a $15 moneymaker! I'll let you know when I pull it off if it works out exactly like that.
I'll type up the rest of the Jewel-Osco and Dominick's deals later today.

I looked at the Crescents last week, and I believe the pre-card price was upwards of $2.80 each. Possible even $3. I just remember looking at it, scoffing, and walking away.

During the Catlina deal Jewel, the deal did not work on pre-card prices in my local store (R.F. IL) the CS stated that their registers were re-set to correct the oversight.

Thanks for the linkup, Carrie! I did the crescents/cinnamon rolls today and they're 3/$9.50 pre-preferred price. So just 8 gets you to $25.00 :).
