I just got an email from my favorite local Kmart manager, and guess what?
Chicagoland Kmarts ARE doing Super Double coupons starting Sunday.
So there you have it. Perhaps I shall use this as an opportunity to buy Halloween candy for cheap. My Halloween-obsessed kid wants to have a party with a pinata as well as pass it out at the door so I'll need plenty. There are coupons coming up this weekend for $1/1, $1/2 and $1/3 various bags of candy bars, and I still have those $.55/1 Reece's and bogo Reece's from the 8/23 SmartSource as well. Buy-one, get-one coupons are not supposed to double but one commenter told me his did indeed double.
Of course, I expect PLENTY of CVS candy ExtraBucks deals between now and Oct. 31 as well (in fact there is one going on this week) so if I don't make it out to the K it's not the end of the world.

Does it only double up to $1? I lived in Arizona for a while and the doubling was only up to $1 there. If it will double anything, I may have to plan a trip!
