Now, I'm a Cubs fan but the Sox logo is pretty cute. Ariel also shared a really beautiful tattoo she got to memorialize her uncle, who recently passed away. I'm sure my buddy Joe, who writes another great ChicagoNow blog, Arresting Tales, would agree this is a really nice way to remember a police officer.
Rich Gorsky, from Forever Haunted Tattoo, did both of these pieces and Ariel had nothing but good things to say about him. From what I can see, it looks like he did a great job.

I think that's an outstanding and heartfelt memorial. I know of a few people who've gotten similar tattoos for brother officers who've died.
