Friday Tattoo Dance Party

It's not Friday if I'm not hungover! T.G.I.F. bitches! Last night I had a great time meeting a bunch of the other Chicago Now bloggers. Sarah Spain is a tall drink of water and Fabrice might be the best looking man I have ever seen in person in my life (and I've seen my fair share of CW stars). I also got to meet a couple of people whose blogs will launch next week and I will highly encourage you to check out them out when they hit the interwebs.

My favorite person, I think, was Joe the Cop.

After taking on too many free drinks, I got a few more (not so free) drinks and also had the chance to meet people with some great ink which I'll get to you next week.

Also, I should let you know I'll be getting another tat (or perhaps 2 if I'm lucky) this weekend and I'll be documenting the entire process via video camera. I just ask that you don't say terrible things about my appearance and instead just think I'm ridiculously hot. Thanks. Just fake it.

Your weekend downloads: Yeah Yeah Yeahs-Heads Will Roll (A-Track Remix)
Kesha - TikTok (Fred Remix)

In the meantime and between time, here's some fun ink to take you into the weekend:

Holy freaking shitballs I need to meet whoever got this done. The Golden Girls as the heads of Mt. Rushmore is genius.
I am so in love with Maurice Sendak's Where the Wild Things Are and these tattoos are just perfect. I love the placement, I love the look. I think there's still a bit of Max living inside of me.

Being the nerdy girl that I am, I adore geeky tattoos. That includes font-related, html, literary, mathematical, etc. So of course, I love that this is not only geeky but totally clever.

Have a fantastic weekend everybody - be on the lookout for cool tattoos on the street and send them my way. Also, I'd like to put a call out for more Basquiat tattoos, geeky tattoos and food-related tats. Let's see what we can put together Chicago!
