New rowhome model opens at Lexington Square in Bridgeport

A new model has debuted at Lexington Square, Lexington Homes' new community of 39 single-family rowhomes in Bridgeport. The fully decorated Grant Elite has 2,216 square feet, three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The home is base-priced from the mid-$300s.

The model's kitchen has an island as well as an eat-in area. A laundry closet is located off the kitchen, as is an oversized balcony. The kitchen features GE stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

The lower level of the model features an entry foyer with ceramic tile and a carpeted family room, as well as a powder room. The upper level includes a master suite and two secondary bedrooms. The master bath features ceramic flooring, a walk-in shower with ceramic tiling surround, and a dual-bowl vanity with granite countertop.

A dual-master suite option is available in the Grant Elite design.

Lexington Square is located at 3704 S Sangamon St, eight blocks west of US Cellular Field. The community offers two three-bedroom / 2.5-bath floor plans with 2,216 to 2,507 square feet. The three-story homes come standard with rooftop decks (with complete views of the Chicago skyline) and attached two-car garages. Additional bedrooms and baths are available.

All homes include brushed nickel lighting fixtures and oversized private balconies off the kitchens; 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops and GE stainless steel appliances in the kitchen; hardwood flooring throughout the main level; and raised-height vanities with granite or marble countertops in all baths.

Buyers can select from a variety of options and upgrades, including fireplaces, alternate bedroom configurations and additional powder rooms and full baths. In addition, a selection of finely-appointed, specially priced homes are available for immediate move-in.

To visit, exit I-90 / 94 at 35th Street and head west for eight blocks. Turn left at Halsted Street and continue for three blocks to 37th Street. Turn right and the sales center will be located just ahead at 37th and Sangamon streets.
