Dietitian Brain Dump: This Week's Nutrition Notes
With all this work and training, I'm feeling a bit flustered, disorganized, sall we shay - random - in my nutrition thoughts. I don't think it has anything to do with slimmer jeans - it has to do with healthier hearts.
Many women gain weight as they age (about 20.5 lb over 16 years is estimated) but a recent Harvard study finds that it's avoidable by simply walking.
Tips for healthy grilling are everywhere. Here's one I haven't seen: don't lose a body part playing with fireworks this weekend.
