Have you read "The Vegetarian Myth"? I'd be interested to hear your take on it. I've heard about this meatless Monday thing before, but have yet to see any empirical evidence as to the benefits.

I haven't picked up "The Vegetarian Myth" yet, but have heard about it. There are so many great perspectives out there that provide interesting views about how we eat for health, as well as the impact on the environment. I really love that we're broadening our view to consider farming and sustainable practice when we consider what we eat! I will certainly look it up!
