Do the Cubs have someone like this on the staff and if not, why? This kind of analysis is crucial and I often doubt if Hendry and Piniella really get it. I have not heard them acknowledge that the main reason for the decreased run production is because our OBP dropped back to the historically pathetic levels of Cubs teams.
