      <p style="margin-bottom: 0in">The Texas Stars came to Chicago for the
second day of the Thanksgiving home stand and left without points in
their pockets. Coach Lever's Wolves having defeated them 3-1 in a
hard fought game much closer than the score implies.  By the end of
the night the Wolves who not so long ago were in the league's
basement now were tied for 2<sup>nd</sup> place in the West.  As we
take a two day breather in this busiest week of the Wolves schedule,
yes lets take a moment to celebrate 2<sup>nd</sup> place.  Whining
about the holes in the Wolves offense can wait until later in the
week.</p>
