Oprah's show has had its share of iconic moments. Some touching, some hilarious, and some just downright insane. Like this, for example, which just keeps getting funnier and weirder at the same time! Granted, it's even funnier when this sinister laugh gets added for Tom Cruise, and the, uh, electricity shooting out of his hands. Poor Oprah, I wouldn't know what to do if Tom Cruise got all high on life in front of me like that.
