Weekly Wager: USA v. Ghana

On ChicagoNow Radio on WGN 720, Alex Quigley and I have started a new regular feature: Weekly Wager.

That's right! Every week, Quigley and I will make a friendly wager, and the non-winner of said wager will have to complete a pre-determined task. But, Quigley and I being who we are, naturally said tasks involve video, social media, and public humiliation.

This week, we are playing fantasy World Cup for the USA v. Ghana match. Quigley and I each named our player picks from the USA team on the show today-- making Team USA Quigley and Team USA Guth, if you will. The first fantasy USA team to score wins. If Team USA Quigley scores first, I have to make a 90-second video proclaiming Quigley's awesomeness. If Team USA Guth scores first, Quigley has to spend one hour in the Loop in a Philly Flyers jersey and capture it on video.

I think, either way, a vuvuzela should be involved.
