(Of course, she also wore pantyhose in 90° weather because that was her definition of a lady.) As for pantyhose in 90 degree weather, I actually prefer hose over going bare, to wick away moisture and keep my thighs smooth and dry. "Summer hose" (under 10 denier) is extremely sheer, light, and airy. Great kinds are available from Hanes (Absolutely Ultra Sheer), Pretty Polly (Naturals, Natural Sun Oil), and others. Try a kind that has a polyurethane blend in the fiber.
