FINAL SCORE: Bears 30 Browns 6

Welcome to Bears Game Day.  My name is Mike Burzawa and I'm the lead blogger at Bear Goggles On, the Chicago Bears blog on the Fansided Sports Network.

Last week's game against the Bengals was pretty much a train wreck, but at least you had the option to turn it off.  I had to follow it 'til the bitter end.  The ChicagoNow bosses don't unchain me until after the game, so I was pretty much stuck.  If nothing else, I think I found a new method of torture for Jack Bauer when 24 starts back up next season.

But last week is over and it's time to turn the page.  The Bears are back home to face the pitiful Cleveland Browns.  If this pathetic Cleveland offense scores 45 on the Bears, I'll re-program my cell phone ring tone to "Cleveland Rocks" and go to work dressed up as Drew Carey all next week. Or better yet, I'll go as Mimi!  Now that's scary!

Today marks the 10th anniversary of the passing of Chicago Bears legend Walter Payton.  The Bears will honor Walter and host the Payton family at Soldier Field.  It's a nice gesture, but seriously, it's time to put up that statue

I remember the first game after Sweetness passed away in '99 when Bryan Robinson blocked the Packers' game winning field goal attempt from 28 yards out to preserve a Bears victory over the hated rivals from north of the Cheddar Curtain.  If this Bears team doesn't come out and play inspired football, they should just fire everyone.

If you're new to Bears Game Day, let me give you the rundown.  Check back in before kickoff to get the latest on game day inactives, injuries, etc.  I'll be providing a running commentary and play by play as the game unfolds in the comments section.

You can join in the discussion by signing up here.  Last week, a lot of people found it very therapeutic to vent as the Cincinnati Bensons steamrolled the Bears.  Don't keep it bottled up inside.  You'll feel better to let it out.  And as the Bears are rolling over the Browns, feel free to give the Bears a shout out.  I know they all read the live blog after every game.  Ya right!

See you back by kickoff.  I'll post a Scoring Summary after the jump to help you catch up if you forgot to set your clocks back or you're a little slow getting up after a few too many Halloween treats.
SCORING SUMMARY

Bears 3, Browns 0, 49 yards on 10 plays
Big catch and run by Matt Forte and a long scramble by Jay Cutler keyed this scoring drive.  Robbie Gould capped it off with a 37 yard field goal.

Bears 6, Browns 0, 2 yards on 4 plays
Danieal Manning with a big INT and great return into the red zone, but the offense is stuck in quicksand.  Gould with a 29 yard field goal.

Bears 9, Brown nil, 32 yards on 9 plays
Jamal Lewis' fumble sets up the Bears with great field position.  A couple of good runs from Forte and a nice Olsen catch keyed a drive capped off by a 32 yarder by Robbie Gould.

Bears 16, Browns zip, 71 yards on 10 plays

Forte caps off with a 1-yard TD run on a drive whose most significant play was a roughing the quarterback penalty.  Cutler took one right under the chin.  Running game starting to pick up some traction.

Browns 6, Bears 16, 30 yards on 5 plays

Derek Anderson caps a short scoring drive with a QB sneak from the 1.  Jamal Lewis with some good running to set it up after the short punt, dare I say shank, by Brad Maynard

Bears 23, Browns 6, 49 yards on 4 plays

Matt Forte with a 10 yard run.  Big pitch and catch from Cutler to Knox set it up .

Bears 30, Browns 6

Charles Tillman with a 21-yard INT return for a touchdown.  The down side is that this was set up by a turn over on downs at the 1 yard line by the Bears offense.  Red zone struggles continue.

Five takeaways keyed an easy Bears victory.  Offense still leave a lot of points on the field.  Still lots of room for improvement as a high-scoring Arizona Cardinals offense comes to town next week.  Can't miss chances next week.

Thanks to all for participating.  Don't forget to check back for post-game reaction and previews for the Cards back here at Bears Game Day and Bear Goggles On.

Remembering Walter Payton today. Can you believe it's been 10 years? I've posted a tribute video and set up an open thread to share your Sweetness memories: http://beargoggleson.com/2009/10/31/walter-payton-open-thread/

Lineup changes for the Bears today: Hillenmeyer starting at MLB, Roach moving over to Strong Side. Josh Beekman will start at left guard in place of Frank Turnstiyale, I mean Omiyale. Finally, Tommie Harris and Marcus Harrison the starting DT's. The productive Anthony Adams headed to the bench.

Just saw a commercial for the Kia Forte. Surprised they haven't hit up Matt for an endorsement deal. Then again, with the season he's had so far...

Mike Burzawa said:

Bears in orange today matches the Browns helmets. Hope that doesn't cause any confusion for Cutler.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Looks like the Bears set to kick off. Keep an eye out for Cribbs. LET'S GO BEARS!!!

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Nice boot by Gould and the Browns will take over at the 20 on the touchback.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Jamal Lewis takes the handoff and picks up 4 on the give up the middle. Anderson hands to Lewis going around end to pick up a couple. 3rd down coming up. Anderson throws wide incomplete and a good start for the Bears defense. Nice boys! Hester back to return the punt. Hester with some great moves and gets taken down by the punter?!?! Come on Devin!!! Great starting position for the Bears!

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Forte takes the handoff up the middle and gets two. Something going on with Garza not starting. Omiyale took 1 snap at RG. Cutler can't hook up with Bennett, 3rd and 8 coming up. Cutler scrambles and picks up 4. Short of the first down. Cutler got smashed on that play! Maynard on the punt. UGH! Maynard with a nice punt to about the 12.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Where is everybody? No comments? WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Not sure what was going on with Garza, see if I can find out. Cribbs in the Wildcat runs off right tackle to pick up about 2. Anderson tries to throw a screen but the receiver wasn't ready. 3rd down and 8. Blitz brings the heat and the Browns forced to punt. Afalava tipped it. Hester time again. Devin waves everyone off and it bounced into Bears territory to about the 41 yard line. Still great field position. Time for the offense to do something. Browns offense is putrid - time to take some chances on offense to put them in a big hole.

Dan in San Fran said:

Checking in from out west. Boy, the o-line and offense still do not look good

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

There are more Browns in the backfield than Bears. O-line must have eaten too much Halloween candy.

Only commenting so Mike doesn't have to feel lonely... not really interested in another bad game.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Thanks Christian. It's not starting out well at all. Where is our offense. Someone wake up Ron Turner. He must have forgotten to change his clock.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Cutler checks off but flags fly. Knox a little overanxious got a head start. Bears going the wrong way - back 5. Cutler gets sacked after the play action pass. Browns had JC surrounded. WTF? 2nd and 18. Cutler tries to set up the screen and misses Forte. Boo birds are starting already. Hangover from last week's loss is still looming. Cutler back to pass and hits Bennett, but well short of the first down. Maynard back to punt again. Cribbs set to bring it back and call for the fair catch at the 15. It's a taffy pull at Soldier Field.

Dan in San Fran said:

Are you sure you want to? Last week was the first time I was happy we only ever get NY games in L.A.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

The fullback Vickers gains about 4 on the quick pass from Anderson. Lewis goes nowhere. Briggs leads the charge to stop him for a short 1 yard gain. Another 3rd down coming up. Cribbs from the Wildcat picks up about 4 - short of the first down. Punting time again. Hester must be getting tired. Hester catches it and immediately hits the spin button. He out-thought himself there if that's possible for Devin. Bears will take over at about the 31. Let's go offense. Any time you're ready to start playing, feel free to join in the action.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Let's look on the bright side. This time last week after 3 possessions, the Bengals were up 21-0 on us.

Forte picks up 4 yards on the 1st down carry. Cutler hands to Forte again, but this time he can only pick up 1. Another 3rd down coming up. 6:15 left. Cutler hits Forte on a nice little pass to pick up the first down and more. 20 yard gain. YAY! A FIRST DOWN!!!!

Dan in San Fran said:

user-pic

This week's Bears still look like last Week's Bears, but at least the Browns do not look like the Bengals

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

I agree. Offense is way out of sync.

christian h. said:

default userpic local-auth auth-type-mt

Woo-hoo!

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Cutler back to pass. Cutler has no time again. He fumbles it and luckily Forte covers it up. A huge 25 yard loss. Lovie Smith burns another time out, I mean throws the challenge flag. Is there a difference? The Bears contend Cutler's arm moving forward.

Dan in San Fran said:

user-pic

Nice challenge, Lovie

Dan in San Fran said:

user-pic

There is no excuse for that penalty in the red zone at home

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

That sure looked like a fumble to me. Don't know what they saw to think they should challenge. WOW! The Bears win the challenge! I think it's the first time this year. I hate these announcers. SHUT UP! Cutler gives to Forte off the left side. Not much there. 3rd and long coming from the 34 yards line. Cutler scrambles all the way down to the 13 on a 19 yard pickup. JC making things happen with his feet. Nice play. Bears in the turnover zone, I mean Red Zone. Forte picks up 6 going behind Beekman on the left side. 3 and a half minutes left in the first quarter. Flag on the play. Another false start. Right side of the line jumped. WIldcat for the Bears. Forte hands to Hester on an attempted end around. UGLY PLAY. Rip that one out of the playbook. Cutler throws it away. Browns keep dropping 6 on the Bears, yet we still can't run the ball. Gould on to kick a 37 yarder and it's good! Bears up 3-0.

Dan in San Fran said:

user-pic

Is Anderson really better than Quinn?

Dan in San Fran said:

user-pic

Don't knock these field goals, we could have really used them against the Falcons

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

I'm liking the FG's - Gould is the kicker on my fantasy team! FG's are better than turnovers, but Bears should be scoring TD's against this team.

Dan in San Fran said:

user-pic

I hear you, Mike, but FG's may be good against this team

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Cribbs brings it out to the 23. Anderson tries to go down the deep seam, but Danieal Manning is there with a great diving INT. He springs up and and gets a nice return to set the Bears up in the red zone. Wolfe in the backfield. He takes it up the middle. Where else do you go with the smallest player on the field. Des Clark can't hang on to the 2nd and 8 pass attempt. 3rd down coming up. Olsen splits out side. Cutler running for his life again. Tries to dump it down to Wolfe and they can't connect. Gould on for a 29 yarder and it's good again. Bears up 6-0. Can't keep squandering these red zone opportunities.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Browns take over and hand it to Lewis for a short gain up the middle. Lewis bulldozes up for 4 to set up 3rd and 1. 1st quarter comes to a close. I'll call it a 1st quarter of missed opportunities.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Jamal Lewis pick up 9 yards. 2nd and 1 coming up. Lewis runs into a wall in Briggs, but not before he converts another 1st down. Browns moving a bit. And just as I type that, Lewis fumbles and the Bears have it. Couldn't find the handle. BEARS BALL!!!

christian h. said:

default userpic local-auth auth-type-mt

Looks like the Brown really are worse than the Bears.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Bears need to adjust to the Browns dropping 6 into coverage on obvious passing situations. Draw play? Bubble screen? The down side is that the Browns are confident they can get pressure without blitzing. Bears set to take over in Browns territory. Cutler hooks up with Olsen for a pickup of 11. First down. Forte takes it up the middle to pick up 4. Decent push by the Bears O-line. Good protection for Cutler, but he can't find any deep options. Dumps it off to Forte for a short gain. 3rd and 3. Cutler hits Hester for a pickup of 6 and a first down.

Dan in San Fran said:

user-pic

Not sure why Forte didn't take it to the outside on that run

Dan in San Fran said:

user-pic

WTF. Our offensive coordinator is being completely dominated

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Bears hand it to Forte at the 21. He picks up 11 off the left side. Nice run and good blocking. He wasn't touched until he was running downhill. Garza and Beekman leading the way off the left side. Couldn't quite spring it, but a nice pickup. Bears at the 6. Forte up the gut to gain 3 or 4 more. Cleveland sacks Cutler for a big loss. Gould on for another short attempt. Bears up 9-zip. Another missed opportunity for the Bears and 3 more points for my Fantasy team.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Even though the Bears are up 9-0, by my count, it's Rob Ryan 3, Ron Turner 0. Ryan has made all the right calls to snuff the Bears when it's mattered most. Browns offense is really bad. Wouldn't be surprised to see Brady Quinn today.

johnnybear said:

da bears overall team is dissapointing
most of the blame goes to the coaching staff period

Dan in San Fran said:

user-pic

I think all the lame rules on not being able to hit the QB got to Tommie

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

I think Tommie thought he would look at the guy and he would fall down. Shoot first, ask questions later. Since when did rules get in Bears defenders' way?

Dan in San Fran said:

user-pic

Since there has been many questionable hits on the QB this year through out the league that should not have been called

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Browns pick up 2 on first down. Lewis takes it up the middle on the fake end around. Briggs is right there. 3rd and 3 coming up from the 33. Anderson back to pass. Harris is there but fails to wrap up Anderson, who throws it away. Hester back to return it. Almost hit a Bear. That was close.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Bears take over at the 29. Cutler with a roll out and his pass is batted down. Cutler only 5/12 today. Not good. Quick hitter to Hester on the zero route. Hester can't escape and only picks up 2. That play relies on Devin making someone miss. Cutler heaves it long. Roughing the passer JC got rocked! OH! Took it right under the chin! DAMN! JC back in the huddle and bleeding from the lip. He may have lost a tooth He's fired up! Forte takes the handoff for a gain of 1. Where's the mouthpiece Jay? 2nd and 9 and Cutler fires a bullet to Hester to pick up 20. Nice adjustment by Hester. Bears move into Browns territory. Bears react to the Browns blitz and Cutler hooks up with Hester to gain 7.

johnnybear said:

what i cant understand is having hester and knox with speed in the outside why we dont go deep to keep the defense honest and on there toes.....this season is going to be on turner...any offensive cordinator would love to have these weapons on there team...

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

I totally agree. The biggest problem is that Cutler has NO TIME. O-line is pathetic!

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Cutler his Olsen for a nice gain, but he comes up limping. Bears back into the red zone. Barton shaken up for the Browns while they tend to Cutler's tongue, which is still bleeding.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

After the injury time out, Cutler takes a time out. He's getting frustrated. 3:39 left in the half. Toss to Forte off the left side to pick up 1 yard. Cutler under more pressure from up the middle scrambles right and hit Hester on a nice sideline route. 3rd and 3. Browns take a time out. Browns defense is still confounding the Bears.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Forte up the gut to pick up the first and get down to the 1 as we wind down to the 2 minute warning. A TD here is an absolute MUST. Anything short of that will be booed mercilessly by the Bears faithful at Soldier Field.

dr401k said:

Mike Burzawa said:

Browns stack the line but still can't stop the Bears. Forte into the end zone for a TD! Nice run off the left side. Beekman making an impact in the running game. Bears up 16-0.

Dan in San Fran said:

user-pic

I heard an interview with Chris Crocker, the Bengals saftey, on satellite radio after last week's game. He basically said the Bears ran the same offensive package he has faced previously and he did not understand why the Bears do not run a more sophisticated passing game now they have a franchise QB. I was willing to cut Turner some slack the past several years due to the schizophrenic Grossman and Orton's supposed lack of big play abilities, but he has to come up with a better game plan to better utilize Cutler's abilities.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Hey look, Craig Steltz. Nice special teams tackle of Cribbs. Browns head to the hurry up. Pick up 9 on first down, but can't hook up on 2nd. 3rd and 1. Wale Ogunleye is down and getting looked at. Hope it's not serious. Looks like the old finger in the eye trick by John St. Clair.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

1:28 left and a key 3rd down here. Wildcat Cribbs goes off the left side to pick up 6 and the first down. Anderson back at the controls. Goes deep but comes up empty. 2nd down with 0:58 left. Bears showing blitz and they swarm Anderson. Alex Brown with a big sack. Nice play D. Finally. 3rd and 21. Wildcat again by the Browns and they pick up 10. They needed 21. And that concludes the first half. Bears showing sign of life, but still left a lot of points on the table. Stay tuned for the Sweetness tribute at the half. Mike Burzawa said:

Jamal Lewis up the gut with a 13 yard gain. That is how to respond to great field position. Hurry up from the Browns. Lewis again doing his best Ced Benson impression. Jamal Lewis plows down to the 1. They must've found something at halftime. Browns on the doorstep. Jamal Lewis stopped short of 1st and goal. Tommie Harris stuff it. They get Anderson in on a QB sneak. Browns on the board.

Dan in San Fran said:

user-pic

The Bears better not think the game is won already

Dan in San Fran said:

user-pic

Think Rob Ryan figured out Orlando Pace no longer has the foot speed to change directions once he commits to an angle?

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Sorry gang - PC took a dump mid action. Bears pin the Browns deep, but Jerome Harrison gives them some breathing room with a pickup of 10. Another carry for 3 yards for Harrison. Browns gaining confidence. Time for a turnover. Browns with 7 straight runs. And with an incomplete by Anderson to the fullback, we see why.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Browns have to burn a timeout as the play clock is about to expire. Key 3rd down coming up with about 7 minutes left in the game. Vasher in as a nickel safety. Bears bring the blitz and blast Anderson who has to get rid of it in a hurry. Browns to punt and the Bears should get great field position. Again. Hester from the 38 and proceeds to run sideways. A flag on the play. Probably a hold or block in the back. Corey Graham with a block in the back will back the Bears up some. Need to figure out this Browns defense.

dr401k said:

user-pic

Dan in San Fran called it. It's not the Browns defense as it is the weakness of Pace on the left side. Pace, is the weakest, of a weak line. Consider the lack of time for Cutler and the inability to establish the run.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Forte picks up about 3. He dances in the backfield off left tackle and forces his way to pick up about 3 more. 3rd and 4. Bears are setting offensive football back a decade with this performance. Cutler hits a dump off to Knox short of the first down. UGH! Maynard back to punt again. Maynard is coming unglued with another bad punt. Is he hurt? Very uncharacteristic.

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Browns take over at their 39. Lewis picks up 3. Wildcat goes nowhere as they try to get Cribbs again. Browns running the Wildcat is about as effective as the Bears offense in general. 3rd and 5. Anderson hit the tight end. As he tries to pick up a few extra yards, it's stripped. Manning is Johnny on the Spot and picks up the loose ball. Nice! Now can we please do something with it?

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Cutler has all day but can't connect with Hester deep over the middle. 2nd and 10. Forte off the right side to pick up about 8. Nice run. 3rd and 2 gives a lot more options. Cutler back in the gun. Cutler hits Knox streaking down the sideline. Great play! Flag on the play... Cutler got smashed again! I hope JC is OK. Dude has had the crap beaten out of him today.

LeftBrain said:

Mike Burzawa said:

Jamal Lewis gains 6. Cribbs takes another look from the Wildcat. Roach forces it loose but the Browns cover it up. 3rd and 2. Bears bunch the line and Harrison can't pick it up. Looks like they'll go for it on 4th down from this spot on the field. D up! Anderson tries to pass and can't complete it. Bears take over on downs. Not sure why the Browns didn't run it there. They've been gashing the Bears on the ground of late. Their foolishness is our ball. Cutler might be reluctant to get back on the field after the beating he's been taking today.

LeftBrain said:

user-pic

Yes. My sister-in-law and people around us were crying cuz Bears had won. Good times.

dr401k said:

I hate Ron Turner. 17 point margin in the 4th and he's calling pass plays?!

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Cutler does take the field and can't connect down the right side, bringing up a 2nd and 10. Forte gets the handoff going right and picks up 4. Bears starting to get it going or the Browns are just worn out. 3rd and 6 for Cutler back in the gun. He dances around and tries to force one in traffic. It's tipped and the Browns make the diving INT. Is there a challenge coming? Lovie is going to throw the red hankie. Ball may have hit the ground.

LeftBrain said:

user-pic

Aye, mon! Peanut?

LeftBrain said:

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

They don't see it Lovie's way - not enough evidence. Bears down to 1 timeout. Browns starting at the Bears 34 yard line. Anderson hits Massaqoi but Nick Roach is there to poke it free. Bears ball deep in their own end. Bears D has the turnover machine cranked up on blast.

Dan in San Fran said:

user-pic

The Roach is a good ball poach

Mike Burzawa said:

user-pic

Bears take over at the 15. Cutler with a little spin-o-rama and hits Bennett on the hitch. He takes off for a first down with some yards after the catch. Another Browns injury stops play. Cutler looks bored. Time to pick on this CB they are putting in. He's the 3rd string. Instead, they go to Forte to pick up 5.

dr401k said:

user-pic

Ron Turner take a bow.

Mike Burzawa said:

Cutler take off on the scramble. He refuses to stroll out of bounds, but stays in and takes the hit. Holding on the Browns will tack on 5 yards. Bears into Browns territory. Cutler with the give to Forte, who picks up 4. Forte tests the right side, gaining 3 more. 3rd and 3 coming up. Bears set up trips left with Knox along in the right. Cutler forced to burn the Bears' last timeout.

Cutler throws a little dart to Hester for an easy first down. Forte gets stuffed for no gain. Olsen in motion, Cutler hits Hester on the bubble screen. 34 yard run down to the 1. How did they catch him? Dang Dev. Nice play. More of that please! Cutler with the fake to Forte and throws it out of the back of the end zone as the play was covered. 6 minutes left. Forte jukes left and can't pick anything up. The Browns with nice penetration. Forte met at the goal line. Stuffed inside the 1. Announcers are calling for the Bears to go for it and the Bears will. Need to convert this. Cutler fakes it and can't find anything. Browns take over on downs. Rob Ryan with a nice FUCK YOU to JC. WOW.

Just figured out why Turner still has a job, he makes Lovie look good.

Bears nearly get the safety on first down. Browns trying to get some breathing room. Adams at the bottom of the pile. 3and a half left in the game. Anderson back to pass and he's under pressure. Peanut with the INT and he brings it all the way back for the TOUCHDOWN!!! Bears with their 5th turnover and they go up 30-6. NICE!!! Brady Quinn warming up. Too little too late for the Browns.

Brady Quinn got snaked in his opportunity to start, no?

Gotta wonder who Mangini uses as a publicist. When Cleveland was looking good, all we saw was Ryan. Now that Cleveland is losing, CBS shows Mangini.

Brady Quinn comes into the game as the Browns take over deep in their own end. Massaquoi jawing a bit with Peanut after a 9-yard pickup. Miscommunication between Quinn and Massaquoi. Quinn can't complete 3rd and 1 pass attempt and with 2:50 left to go, Browns will punt. Hester on the return. He brings it to the house but there are flags on the play. Hester is frustrated by the holding penalty on Rashied Davis.

Garrett Wolfe refuses to go down. Hard running by the little guy. 2 minute warning and it's all over but the crying.

Well - Bears win, USC gets pounded - good weekend for football, in my view...

Vikings - Packers should be getting going over at Fox within the next 10 minutes or so. Who should Bears fans be rooting for? I think it's the Vikings: http://beargoggleson.com/2009/10/30/vikings-vs-packers-whats-a-bears-fan-to-do-part-ii/. What do you think?

Vikings.

Wow, that's twice Wolfe had pushed the pile back.

That's a tough question. I think I dislike the Viqueens and Favre more than I dislike the Packers. Tough call.

My point is to give the Bears the best chance to get to the playoffs, they need the Packers to lose. Guess I'm conceding the division to Minny, but look at their schedule the rest of the way. They'll be tough to catch even if we still play them twice.

Garrett Wolfe taking his mop up duty very seriously. Running hard. The Browns with a time out. Um, why? So the Bears can punt once more to Cribbs? Give it up Man-genious!

I always kinda liked Rodgers since he was at Cal. U know where he's from, Dan?

That's like asking which nut would you like to lose, right or left

Garrett Wolfe gets outside and picks up 35 yards. Thanks for taking the time out Browns. Stick it up their giggy Bears! Nope, instead they'll take a knee. Cutler looks relieved that this one is over. Mangini takes the walk of shame to midfield to congratulate Lovie.

Manning sounds like Drivers Ed major on post-game interview.

Cutler and Rob Ryan exchange words after the game. Doesn't look too heated. Maybe Jay is recommending a stylist - Rob needs a makeover something fierce. Speaking of makeovers, the Browns offense is in desperate need of some re-work too. They were outmatched all day today.

Thanks to all for participating and tune in next week as the Cardinals roll into town. The Bears will need to be a LOT better if they want to hang with the defending NFC champs and their high-flying offense.
