Bears Search for Coordinators, Post Job Openings
So the Bears decided that firing Ron Turner as offensive coordinator and demoting Lovie Smith from his kinda, sorta but not really defensive coordinator position were the "fastest way to improve..."
I guess they've started their search and as they told us in the press conference, there will be no shortage of candidates knocking down the doors at Halas Hall for a chance to work with this .
I was surfing around on CareerBuilder and came across an interesting job posting. Check it out after the jump:
Our client, a well-established, family-run business headquartered in Lake Forest, IL seeks to immediately fill two management positions to assist with taking its business to the next level and becoming a relevant, respected player in its industry after three straight disappointing years.

Qualifications:
Benefits:
Salary commensurate with experience
Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
Expectations from the Street are very low for the Company, so there is an excellent opportunity to excel and exceed expectations
Strong opportunity for advancement, particularly if direct supervisor does not meet expectations
Prior experience a plus, but will train the right candidate as we expect direct supervisor to have a hands-on role for approximately 1 year
