Remember the case Dead Priest's Alleged "Wife" Sues Estate?  If the comments on this blog are any indication, you remember.  And, you may be very interested in this follow up.

In other interesting legal news, check out this story where an employer is being required to pay for a 340-pound employee's weight-loss surgery.  Apparently, the employee needs the surgery first to "ensure the success of another operation for a back injury he suffered at work," but it begs the question as to how many more employers will have to foot the bill for similar procedures after this decision.

And, has anyone been following this story?  Blackhawks owner Ricky Wirtz sues state over liquor taxes.  What do you think?
