In other interesting legal news, check out this story where an employer is being required to pay for a 340-pound
employee's weight-loss surgery. Apparently, the employee needs the surgery first to "ensure the success of another
operation for a back injury he suffered at work," but it begs the question as to how many more employers will have to foot the bill for similar procedures after this decision.
