A Chicago man is suing another man for hitting him while intoxicated and is also suing the bar that served the defendant.
According to the complaint, on November 30, 2008, Plaintiff David E. Alcazar was at Bon V Nightclub on Randolph Street in Chicago where "the alcoholic beverages sold or given to [defendant] Rudy M. Acevedo, caused him to become intoxicated."
The complaint then states "As a direct and proximate result of such intoxication, Acevedo hit Plaintiff with a bar glass."
