Woman says a fireplace fell on her at Menards

A woman is suing Menards after a fireplace allegedly fell on her.

Maria Martinez says that on August 6, 2007, while shopping in the HVAC department at Menards, "a fireplace fell from a shelf causing injury to [Martinez.]"
