It's been real. It's been fun.

Has it been real fun? 

Is that even proper English? 

Who cares?!  I just can't believe it's my last day as the Bar-tender.

During my reign, I've reported on cases that were funny, sad, tragic, ridiculous, the list goes on.  But, they were all interesting.  It was never dull and I loved every minute of it!

But, alas, it's time to move on.  Don't worry though.  I'm not going far.
Starting June 1, I'll be authoring another ChicagoNow blog.  It's a year-long  project called Stop and Blog the Roses.  Each day, for 365 days, I will name three things that I'm grateful for ~ no matter what kind of mood I'm in ~ no matter what kind of day I've had ~ no repeats.

Sounds hokey, yes, and it would be if someone else wrote it.  But, I'm a brat so I think it will be funny.  Real funny.

And, yes, it's been real fun.
