A woman is suing Crate & Barrel for injuries she says she sustained after she "stepped on a barrel."
Mary Lou Beckers says that, while at the Crate & Barrel Outlet Store in Naperville, she "stepped on a barrel that was sticking out in the aisle area, causing her to fall and sustain serious injuries."
The complaint states that the store was negligent when it, among other things, "failed to provide a warning sign."
Read the complaint after the jump.

Whatever happened to common sense in this country?!?!? Watch where the f**k you walk, look both ways before crossing the street, keep your hand off a hot stove, don't drink it if you don't know what it is...etc, etc, etc...
I bet this same broad would sue someone for not putting the toilet seat down...causing her poor little toushy to come in contact with clean (errr) toilet water and inflicting severe emotional distress, and debilitating humiliation...
NEWS FLASH!! TAKE A GOOD LOOK AND WHAT YOU'RE ABOUT TO SET YOUR NAKED ASS DOWN UPON ----AND---- PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE YOU WALK!!!
