Woman: Hurt as Oswego police yank man from car

A woman says she was injured while Oswego police yanked a man from his car, causing it to run into her vehicle.

Monica Hernandez says that two Oswego police officers tried to stop two men from leaving a shopping center parking lot and, as they attempted to pull one of them from the vehicle, it violently collided with the car she was driving.

The complaint states that Hernandez was taken to the hospital and sustained head, neck and lower back injuries.

Hernandez is suing the police officers, the police department and the Village of Oswego.
