Slip and falls you'll never forget

In the spirit of awards season, I've created the Golden Bar-tender Awards. Here are the top ten most interesting slip and fall cases I've seen so far. The winner? I'll let you decide. A woman has sued the Brookfield Zoo in a slip and fall case that she claims started with the dolphins. The complaint states hat the zoo "recklessly and willfully trained and encouraged the dolphins to throw water at the spectators in the stands making the floor wet and slippery."
A woman sued Home Depot after falling from a three step ladder provided to customers to access merchandise. The complaint states that Home Depot "failed to provide adequate customer service so as to assist its customers in obtaining merchandise located at heights unreachable without the use of a step ladder or other device."
A woman sued Comfort Inn in Skokie for injuries she said she sustained when she slipped and fell in the pool area due to "an unnatural accumulation of water." The complaint states that the defendant "failed to inspect said ground when such inspection would have revealed water in said pool area on said ground and that said water was in a dangerous, hazardous and unsafe condition."
A woman sued Sears for injuries she alleges occurred when she slipped and fell on vomit while in the television department. The complaint states that Sears "failed to warn customers of the presence of the vomit and paper towels on the floor," and "failed to clean the vomit and paper towels after it knew or should have known that the vomit and paper towels presented a danger to its customers."
A woman who slipped and fell in a parking lot says it was because the sidewalk was too high and a flower pot blocked her vision. According to the complaint, "the sidewalk in front of the laundromat was unreasonably high causing a danger to invitees who were stepping onto or off the sidewalk," and the defendant "placed a flower pot on the sidewalk next to the parking lot which created a shadow on the sidewalk and interfered with visibility."
A man filed a complaint against a Chicago nightclub for a slip and fall that he alleges occurred due to confetti. The complaint states that the defendant "carelessly and negligently failed to clean up and/or remove the confetti although Defendant knew or should have known that said failure was likely to result in injury to persons walking upon said premises."
A woman is suing Kmart for injuries she says she sustained after a table holding towels fell on her. The complaint asserts that Kmart was negligent when it, among other things, "carelessly and negligently piled up towels on a table that could not hold the towels."
A man sued the Palmer House Hilton after he tripped on an "unattended piece of luggage." The complaint asserts that the hotel had a duty to "maintain said hotel area in a safe condition, free of luggage left unattended and posing as an obstacle to guests walking at or near said area of the hotel."
Professional wrestler Gregory Lee sued Windy City Pro Wrestling after the stairs leading from the wrestling ring collapsed. The complaint asserts that Windy City Pro Wrestling was negligent when it, among other things, "failed to adequately light the catwalk and stairs leading from the wrestling ring."
A woman sued the Westin on Michigan Avenue for injuries she says she sustained when the heel of her shoe caught on the carpet of the stairs and caused her to fall down the steps. The complaint asserts that the Westin was negligent when it, among other things, "permitted a defective carpet to exist."

Based on justified comments under that posting, the dolphin wins. I don't think there are any points for the poster who didn't know Greg the Hammer Valentine's real name.

However, I would rather vote on plaintiffs bringing clear delusional allegations. Slip and fall is a recognized cause of action.
