Lawsuit: Injured at the Brad Paisley concert

A woman is suing Live Nation, among other defendants, after she was allegedly injured when a fight broke out at a Brad Paisley Concert.

According to the complaint, Mollie Ralph was attending the Brad Paisley concert at the First Midwest Bank Ampitheater when a fight broke out and she was knocked to the ground and injured.

The complaint further states that Live Nation sold alcohol to these individuals and "the alcoholic liquors consumed by these certain individuals caused or contributed to cause in their intoxication," and "while intoxicated, and as a result of their intoxication, these certain individuals started a fight at [the theater] resulting in injuries to Plaintiff."

The complaint also asserts Live Nation was negligent when it, among other things, "failed to provide an adequate number of security personnel at the concert" and  "failed to properly break up a fight at the concert."
