Woman sues Boston Blackies over nuts in her sundae

A woman is suing Boston Blackies Naperville for injuries she said she sustained after an allergic reaction to nuts in her sundae.

Jeanette Gutierrez says that she informed her waitress that she was allergic to nuts but not allergic to peanuts and the waitress informed her that the "goldbrick sundae" was served with peanuts only. 

However, according to the complaint, the restaurant "negligently served [Gutierrez] a goldbrick sundae containing nuts other than peanuts" and Gutierrez suffered a severe allergic reaction.
