Man sues Rod And Gun Club after he is shot

user-pic

A man is suing the Rod and Gun Club in Morris, Illinois after he was shot on the premises.

Anthony Gunter says that while he was at the Rod and Gun Club, described in the complaint as a "non profit organization which invited its members and their guests to camp on its grounds," he was shot when other named defendants "negligently, carelessly and recklessly pointed the firearm" in his direction.

It is not clear from the complaint who actually shot the firearm and hit Gunter.  Among the defendants named, Gunter is suing the Rod and Gun Club and its owner as well as the owner of the gun.
