Lawsuit: National Hair Growth Institute lies

Attorney General Lisa Madigan is suing the Natural Hair Growth Institute and Omega Hair Group and its President Steve Bennis asserting that it uses a certain laser light therapy not cleared by the FDA and does not provide refunds to clients as promised.

According to the complaint, defendants use a certain "Orbit Laser Light" that they developed and gives the impression on its website that it is similar to laser light therapy which was recently cleared for use in the U.S. by the FDA. However, the Orbit Laser Light is not similar to laser light therapy, has not been cleared for use by the FDA and there is no reliable scientific studies that prove it can re-grow hair, the complaint states.

The complaint further states that the average cost for these services range from $8,000 to $12,000 and clients are offered a 100% money back guarantee. However, when clients ask for a refund, defendants fail to respond to phone calls, emails, letters and appointment requests.

Read the complaint after the jump, including the specific case of Charles Stevenson, who tried to reach Steve Bennis several times by phone but was always told he was not in. When Stevenson went to Bennis' Oakbrook Terrace office, the receptionist offered him six more months at a discounted rate. Eventually, Mr. Bennis came out of his office "enraged" and "approached Mr. Stevenson in an intimidating manner."

It's amazing to I, that Lisa Madigan, is still allowed to practice! This "lady", has THREATENED another, because she EXPOSED ABUSE, at a MENTAL facility, told another, who spoke on CanTV21, to deceased President of the Board, Michael Scott, concerning her SPECIAL ED child, who was ASSAULTED by the principle of that school, saying to her, when she went to her for help concerning that issue,"that's just the way it is", had the audecity to get on national tv, pretending to care about children being EXPLOITED on the internet and who knows what else!
QUESTION: how do she expect to convince anyone, that she cares about anyone being exploited, when she THREATENED a lady(whom, by the way, lost her job, for exposing the abuse)because she was sick and tired, of SEEING the ABUSE?!
Election is approaching fast and I'm sure many, are having a diferent point of view about her, these days!
Sure, she's going to do something humane, here or there, in order to make herself appear to be worthy of keeping the position of Attorney General of Illinois, but I think, SHE, need to have an INTERNAL INVESTIGATION done on HER!

According to the ill, defendants use a fated "Cavum Laser Lightsome" that they industrial and gives the feeling on its website that it is kindred to laser reddened therapy which was latterly cleared for use in the U.S. by the FDA. Yet, the Circle Laser Perch is not kindred to laser lightness therapy, has not been cleared
