Woman shot in face with BB gun

A woman shot in the face with a BB gun is suing the shooter as well as the owner of the BB/pellet rifle.

While plaintiff Angelina Timm was a guest at the home of defendant Peter Lacoco (aka Peter Lenart), the owner of a BB/pellet rifle, another guest shot her in the face. 

According to the complaint, Lacoco told the shooter, defendant Kevin Popp, that the rifle was not loaded when, in fact, it was.

Popp, the complaint states, was negligent when he, among other things, discharged the rifle in the direction of the plaintiff and "played with a BB/pellet rifle after he had consumed alcohol."
