Individuals vs. Government Agencies

Two different complaints were filed in federal court on Friday against various government agencies.  Both were pro se (representing themselves).  Read the summaries below and read the complaints after the jump. 

Gerald Dix of Oak Lawn says he was on the Metra when it stopped short and he was injured.  Despite a bleeding leg, he says he was not provided with medical treatment "whereas similarly situated Negro passengers were provided with immediate medical treatment."  Dix also asserts, among other things, the following:
- Clerks at the federal courthouse used the term "white trash."
- The United States "hates white people." 
- Judge Norgle dismissed his complaint because Dix is white
- Joan Meyers is a government attorney who is also a "man-hating feminist."
- Judge Livas shouted to the courtroom that "All men are morons until they reach the age of 83."
- Judge White ordered a "man hunt" for Dix over traffic tickets. 
- United Airlines refused to hire men as flight attendants in 49 of the United States and this ultimately led to the terrorist attacks on 9/11/01.


Tarik Ali Supreme-Bey and Mboya Sharjan Jenkins-El, both of Chicago, are suing:
- The Illinois Department of Public Health Vital Statistics, stating that a birth certificate transformed them into inanimate objects and property. 
- The Social Security Administration, for tricking their mother into believing that she had to secure social security numbers for them.
- The Illinois Secretary of State, for the "unconscionable contract" that is a driver's license application.
- Cook County, for claiming "imminent domain."
