Chicago rap artist Lupe Fiasco is being sued by a fan who claims the rapper injured her when he fell on top of her during a concert in Marquette Park.
Kauthar Umar, the plaintiff, filed a complaint in Cook County court today claiming artist Lupe Fiasco "failed to appreciate the size of the stage he was performing upon," and "carelessly and negligently fell off the stage he was performing upon onto a crowd of people." Umar claims that when the rapper jumped off the stage during the show, he fell onto her person and injured her.
The injuries, according to the complaint, cost her "lost wages, medical expenses, pain and suffering, and physical and emotional trauma, all of which are permanent." She is asking for a judgment in excess of $50,000.

Wow... that must have been some jump to leave her with permanent emotional trauma. Did his foot land in her soul? And if so, isn't even a fraction of a soul worth more than 50 large?
