A Rock 'n' Vote tie? Oh, yes--one online poll will decide it all

You read right. At Wednesday night's killer Rock 'n' Vote show, The Webelos, Kirkland, The Rails and Elephant Gun absolutely owned the LaSalle Power Co. stage, putting on one of the most infectious Rock 'n' Vote shows of all time. The text vote at the show also achieved something our local band contest never has before: A complete, total, I-kid-you-not tie. When polls closed at midnight, The Rails and Kirkland had the exact same number of votes.

What are we going to do about it? Glad you asked; since the bands landed on stage due to an online poll, it seems only right that the tie be broken the same way. Between 9 a.m. and midnight you can vote for either the Rails or Kirkland. Click here to read about them and listen to the bands.
