Although the Dailey Method has only been in the Chicago area for a few years, the company has been helping women get tight buns, flat abs and lean muscles since 2000. To celebrate their 10th anniversary, the Dailey Method is offering specially-priced class packs and 10 days of giveaways from June 1-14.

Now that I've got running on the brain, I've been keeping an eye out for yoga for runners classes. Although I haven't been able to find any classes at local studios that fit my schedule, YogaDownload comes through once again!

Social Workout, a site for fitness enthusiasts, gym rates and urban yogis, will definitely motivate you to get out and get active.
