YogaDork is always good for a look at what's going on in the wacky, tacky and true world of yoga culture and is a great reminder to not take ourselves (and our yoga practice) too seriously. Since yesterday was April Fool's, I knew they'd have something hilarious up on the blog, but oddly enough, it wasn't a joke.
YogaDork featured a post on Mobile Yoga, yoga on rollerblades, but I feel like the true gem of the blog (about the future of extreme yoga) was the yoga on a segway video below.
Yoga on rollerblades is kind of lame, but I get the connection because yoga helps with body awareness, core strength, alignment, etc. But segway yoga (Segwoga?) just looks dangerous! In fact, there were a few times that I thought this girl was one mishap away from a clip on America's Funniest Home Videos.
