The new studio features the sleek, spa-inspired look and amenities (think nice showers, clean locker rooms and a retail boutique) that has become the signature for the CorePower Chicago locations. But, in comparison to the South Loop and Gold Coast studios, CorePower Lincoln Park has more of a neighborhood feel, it's smaller and you can see the stroller posse, runners and college students bustling down Webster as you practice (but don't worry shy yogis, special window shades make it hard to see what's going on inside).

In addition to a different feel, CorePower regulars will also notice that Lincoln Park has the most Yoga Sculpt classes-- a mix of yoga and weight training in a 90 degree studio-- of any location. Sculpt is a great intro to yoga for those who are more accustomed to group exercise classes, boot camps and high-impact workouts, but remember, it's not a substitute for a real yoga class, like their signature Hot Power Fusion and my favorite, C2 hot vinyasa classes. There's also plenty of level 1 and level 1.5 classes for those newer to yoga.
If you've never practiced yoga, hot yoga or been to a CorePower studio, all first-time students get a week of free yoga!
CorePower Yoga Lincoln Park is located at 959 W. Webster Ave.
