Get fit for free at this year's Women's Health Are you Game? event.

Contact your workout buddies and fitness friends and tell them to cancel their plans on Saturday. With all the free, fun and healthy activities going on, you won't have time for (nor will you want to do) anything else.

Euro Bungee

Kick off your weekend at the annual Women's Health Are You Game? event. Taking place at North Avenue beach from 10 a.m.-5 p.m., there's free classes led by Crunch Fitness instructors, free makeovers, tons of samples, free spa services, a rock climbing wall, euro bungee, a smoothie bar in the morning and a Goose Island Beer bar in the afternoon.

I'm looking forward to trying out Hula Hoop Pilates and Lyrical Vinyasa, a combination of vinyasa yoga and dance that takes place on a circular mat before heading over to the Asics tent to get my running gait analyzed followed by a chair massage and a mini manicure.

Since posting about yoga and pole dancing a while back, I've been dying to test my strength in a pole class. Lululemon Halsted partners with Sheila Kelly's S Factor to teach customers (women only) beginner pole tricks and lap dance techniques from 12-3 p.m. If you'd rather play at the beach, classes take place next weekend, too and on August 5, S Factor and Lululemon team up for a free beginner lap dance class, S Factor giveaways and free Starfruit smoothies.

Close out the night at Second Nature Yoga for their annual Sunset Yoga Party. After an outdoor class led by Paul Weitz, Second Nature brings out food, refreshments and performances til the late hours of the night. This event starts at 7:30 p.m. and costs $25, it may sound like a bit much, but the beautiful outdoor space, sunset yoga class and the chance to connect with fellow yogis is well worth it. Besides, you saved a bunch on all the freebies at the beach, so pay it forward.
