Harpo Studios announced today that former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin will appear on The Oprah Winfrey Show on Monday, Nov. 16, in what it is dubbing a "world exclusive."

Palin has laid low since resigning from her position as governor in July. Once a frequent poster to Twitter, she has stopped tweeting and has yet to make media appearances.
Oprah, a passionate supporter of Barack Obama during the 2008 Presidential campaign, has been criticized in the past for not having Palin on the show.
Twitter users in the entertainment and media industry broke the news.
