Ricketts, Tribune Co. reach deal on sale of Cubs

According to the article, the final deal was being held up by disagreements over the values of the Cubs' broadcast contracts and the Ricketts arranging their finances for the purchase.

Dave Kaplan had reported that the deal was back on track and close of being done on Saturday.
