Bruce Wolf, blogger of Bruce's Blogshakalaka on the ChicagoNow.com website, will guest on WGN Radio (720 AM) from 9:30 to 10 a.m. tomorrow to discuss his blog on the station's ChicagoNow blog show.

Wolf will be interviewed by Bill Leff, now a WGN fill-in who got the job as Roe Conn's sidekick after Wolf bombed out in an on-air audition with Conn five years ago. Wolf also was believed to be looking then for a lot of money "but not Garry Meier money," according to a source (me).

Fisticuffs between Leff and Wolf in the WGN showcase studio are expected. "But we probably won't get a single shopper along Michigan Avenue to even take a peek in, so hellbent will they be on shopping," the source said.

Wolf is expected to try to talk about his recent blogs that got WLS-TV anchorman Ron Magers and movie critic Richard Roeper ticked off, but Leff is expected to want to talk about Jay Cutler. Wolf will also try to plug his appearance as a show host later that day on the SCORE (670 AM)  from around 3 or so to 6:45ish. "I'm not sure when it is, but I should find out," the source said.

Wolf said he is looking for something to do in between the WGN and WSCR appearances. "WGN is in Tribune Tower, and WSCR is right next door at the NBC tower. The only thing in between is the Jack Brickhouse statue. I may just stand like a mime next to the statue. Two late sportscasters," Wolf said.
