referring to the arrest of 38-year-old Rachel Klootwyk for financial identity theft.
Klootwyk met her victim while working as a dancer at a strip club. Klootwyk talked the victim into paying some of her bills for her, obtained the victim's information as a result, and subsequently made $3,700 in unauthorized charges to the victim's bank account.
