Who do you think will win?

See the Final Results

Phil Potempa

"I am 39-years-old, single and always on the go, usually on deadline interviewing celebs and writing about food, recipes, and the latest entertainment news.  I didn't realize just how much weight I had gained until a couple months ago when I was interviewing Dolly Parton about her new Broadway show "9 to 5" and when I saw a photo of us snapped together, I was shocked at my expanding waistlineand full face, compared to her tiny waist!  I've never tried any weightloss system or program before.  I've admired Seattle as a media personality with proven success rate."

Linda Russell

"Overweight is overweight. whether 25 lbs or 225 lbs. 25 lbs overweight travels the same battle, the same trials and tribulations, the same insecurities, the same challenges and the same goals...  My husband tells me daily that I'm the most beautiful woman in the world... my likely response is, 'you're nuts...'"

"Grandchildren are arriving and I'm not a push the swings and sit on the bench kind of grandma.  I am active and want to crawl on the floors with them, curl up behind chairs for a game of hide n seek, and jump and climb playground equipment at the parks..."

Michael Koch

"My wife and I used Seattle Sutton meals about five years ago - we thought it was a great program and had great results.  However, we then had two kids and slipped into poor eating habits.  I gained about 25 pounds and am now severely overweight.  I've been a firefighter/EMT for over three years and they recently passed new restrictions on Body Mass Index (BMI).  I need to lose weight and exercise in the next 18 months or I could lose my job."

Heidi Wolfrom

"My name is Heidi Wolfrom. I don't have much of a story, and some people tell me I shouldn't be ashamed of my weight because I don't really have enough to lose. However, I am currently 5'8", a size 14 and weigh 190 pounds. I was an athlete all my life, but was always a bigger than other girls my age. In high school I played volleyball competitively, and was in great shape, but once I went to college I no longer played volleyball, and found it hard to eat right and stay active. In college I ended up gaining over 30 pounds throughout the four years. The weight came on gradually, so I didn't really notice it...

Martha Ibarra

"My name is Martha Ibarra. I am an overweight wife, mother and grandmother. I was not always this way. When I was younger I was one of these people who could eat and drink and stay slender. It wasn't until I turned about 40 years old that I discovered that getting rid of the excess weight was not as easy as it used to be. Still I continued my lifestyle of enjoying life only to notice that the extra pounds were adding to my body much too quickly... "

"On July 10, 2005 our son was killed in a car accident... I was awarded guardianship and custody of my granddaughter, Isabella Rose. She is a wonderful reminder of our son and the perfect gift God could have given us."

"What would this contest mean to me? It would mean another chance to go on with life, get healthy and raise my granddaughter to an age where she is self-sufficient. At 216 pounds I would need to lose at least 50 pounds and hopefully see my blood pressure get normal and even perhaps my blood sugar. It would mean that my granddaughter would have the care and protection of her grandma just a little bit longer..."
