Tonight: Spektral Quartet

They're a new quartet but familiar faces; the members of Spektral Quartet have played all around Chicago in the past several years--from eighth blackbird to ICE to dal niente to MusicNOW. They're great players and are giving their debut concert tonight, Wednesday, March 2, at the Empty Bottle (Western and ~Augusta). I'm really curious to see how their talents combine.

Program to include Wolf, Adès, and Smetana. Preceded by storytelling by 2nd Story narrator JC Aevalitois, who will stick around to give program notes about the pieces.
Violin - Aurelien Fort Pederzoli
Violin - J. Austin Wulliman
