You may have heard that Paul McCartney got married on what would have been John Lennon's 71st birthday, Sunday, October 9. It seems Paul is forever searching for the happiness he had with his first wife, the late Linda Eastman McCartney. Hopefully, this time, he has found it.

Here's a very rich man, who unfortunately lost his first wife to cancer after 30 years of marriage. Theirs was one of the few marriages that survived the rock star life though there were many rumors that it wasn't always perfect.
Then there was the second marriage. Apparently money couldn't buy him love. Enough said.
I'm a major Beatles fan. Paul was the Beatle I loved first. Then as I got older, George seemed much more interesting. At the time, it was not his spiritual journey that interested me. Hey, I'm being honest here!
The music of the 60's and especially the music of the Beatles kept me sane through the rough teenage years. I was hanging on with all my might. Without any spiritual direction, I clung to the music for comfort and guidance. I didn't know at the time, that it was God's way of speaking to me and letting me know that He was there waiting patiently for me to see Him.
It took a long time, but I'm at the place where I should be and in gratitude to Sir Paul, I hope he is there as well.
