Cutler: Player organized workouts could start this week

Steve Jensen, of the Chicago Sun Times, reports that Jay Cutler is “locked and loaded”. Cutler mentioned that player organized workouts could start this week. Props to Jensen for the ONLY reporter to get anything out of Cutler this offseason.  For the original story:
