4th Phase Tweets: Preseason is finally over

4THPhase5.jpg
The preseason is finally over. After all the anticipation during the offseason, minicamp and training camp, the real football season is upon us. After going winless in the preseason, the 4th Phase is seriously about to have a Chris Farley Superfan heart attack.
In a previous posting earlier this year, I said the Bears are going to finish 13-3. Okay, I'll retract that statement. They'll be 11-5.
The Bears are too talented to be less than a .500 team or even worse. Brian Urlacher. Jay Cutler. Julius Peppers. Lance Briggs. Tommie Harris.
They have an upcoming young core. Johnny Knox. Devin Aromashodu. Devin Hester. Matt Forte. Chris Williams. Zackary Bowman. Major Wright.
A solid core of veterans. Chris Harris. Olin Kreutz. Peanut Tillman. Chester Taylor.
Bears fans and 4th Phase, we are going to be okay.
Here are your #4thPhase tweets from the final preseason game:
Bright spots in game
WFBST Rashied Davis, Henry Melton, Tim Shaw, Todd Collins, Woodney Turenne, DJ Moore - good outing for these guys! #4thPhase #Bears
General sentiment amongst Bears fans
sjwoodr @BearsSTH I know its the pre-season. The Bears are still in trouble. :) #4thPhase
A quarteback controversy brewing...?
DgtlyDiscontent ok so Todd Collins is better at interviewing too. Cutler, watch your back-- he may be after Cavallari next. #4thphase #bears

sethunger I like the way Collins reads the blitz and gets the ball out quick. Cutler holds the ball too long trying to make a play. #4thPhase
On the defense's 3rd down woes
sobeditor 3rd-and13 for the Browns against the mighty #Bears defense..and the D holds! YAY! #beardown #4thphase
